Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Genboard iOS app and connected display service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at genboard.com/privacy.
The Service
Genboard lets you generate images and videos with AI, organize them on shared boards, and display them on Genboard hardware. Physical Genboard displays are sold separately and are not governed by these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Your content
You retain your rights in the prompts you write, the photos you upload, and the content you generate. You grant us the license needed to host, process, display, and share that content within your workspaces as the Service requires. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not create, upload, or share content that is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, is hateful or harassing, promotes violence or illegal activity, infringes others’ rights, or impersonates real people without consent. You may not abuse, harass, or threaten other users.
Every member of a workspace can report content. Reported content is hidden immediately, and we review reports and act within 24 hours — including removing content and ejecting or permanently blocking offending users. We may also use automated safety systems to block unsafe generations.
AI-generated content
Generated content is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works. Review content before sharing or displaying it. You are responsible for how you use what you generate.
Fair use of generation
Generation capacity is subject to reasonable limits to keep the Service available for everyone. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
Termination
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
